Online Job Ad Growth Chart for Java Skills
Monthly total ad volume hit its highest in March 2012 with 84,905 online job ads. Since March, there was a slight 2% dip in hiring demand. Overall, Java skills saw a 113% increase since its lowest point in April 2009 and a 5% year-over-year increase compared to June 2011.

Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance (TS SCI) is by far the most demanded certification followed by Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Business Process Management Programming Languages (BPM). Other related skills commonly included as requirements in job listings include Standard Query Language (SQL), Software Development, JavaScript (JS) and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
