About a month ago we featured Most Commonly Advertised Job Titles highlighting the 50 most common job titles that have been recruited for across the US. Using WANTED Analytics™ we also examined the most commonly advertised job certifications.
Many of these required certifications are associated with the top 4 most commonly advertised job titles (Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Drivers) or some of the most difficult-to-recruit fields (Engineering and Information Technology). If you are recruiting for these positions or fields you will most likely need to include some of these certifications in your job ads.
